Accommodation at Ambleside

The conference will take place at St Martin's College in Ambleside in the Lake District of England. St Martins has approximately 120 rooms, mostly not ensuite. The full cost (registration, accommodation, meals and conference dinner) of staying at St Martins is 380.00 pds per person in an ensuite single room, 360.00 pds per person in a shared ensuite room, 320.00 pds per person in a standard single room , and 300.00 pds for a shared standard room. The cost for an accompagnying partner sharing your room, and taking all meals at the college, is 280 pounds. If you wish to share, with another participant or your partner, please give their name in the comments section of the registration form. (Also SVP comment that you are paying 280 pds for your partner. ) Rooms in St Martin's will be allotted on a first-come first served basis, to participants staying the full five days.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Ambleside is available, please contact K. Teasdale k.teasdale@ucsm.ac.uk . For those staying outside St Martins, the registration fee (which includes lunches and the conference dinner) is 175 pds.

You can stay an extra day at the college, before or after the conference, at a cost of about 30-40 pds for bed and breakfast (lunch and dinner are not provided). More than a day may also be possible, please consult Linda l.a.wilkinson@durham.ac.uk.
