General Overview
YTF kicks off on Wednesday 19th December. There will be a series of 15 and 30 minute talks with the final 2 or 5 minutes (respectively) designated for questions. Talks will be collected into sessions punctuated by tea breaks.
The plenary talk will be given by Luis Fernando Alday on Wednesday evening. It is entitled "Local and non-local observables in Super-Yang-Mills". A video of Prof. Alday's talk can be found here
One of the highlights of the forum is the "Poster and Pizza" session on Wednesday night. Those not presenting are strongly encouraged to bring along a poster displaying some of their research.
Accommodation
We anticipate being able to fund accommodation for the majority of attendees, with priority given to speakers if demand is exceptionally high. These rooms will typically be university-owned accommodation for those attending the Annual Theory Meeting.
We hope to be able to provide accommodation in the exceptional circumstance that an attendee is not registered for the Annual Theory Meeting, but this is not guaranteed.
