Miniworkshop on
Anomalous Quartic Couplings at the LHC

Physics Department, University of Bristol
13.00 - 17.00, 26th November 2003

Following some informal discussions, it has emerged that there is interest in the UK experimental and theoretical communities in anomalous electroweak boson gauge couplings (and in particular anomalous quartic couplings) at the LHC. As a result, an informal discussion meeting on this topic (and related issues) has been arranged on Wednesday 26th November 2003 at 1pm at the University of Bristol (Physics Department Conference Room). All those interested in this topic - both experts and non-experts - are welcome to attend. Topics for discussion will include:

If you are interested in attending, please send an email to James Stirling at w.j.stirling@durham.ac.uk

Directions to the University can be found here; the Physics Department is on Tyndall Avenue and is number 44 on the University precinct map. If you use the free shuttle from Temple Meads Station you should get off at the Hawthorns bus stop. The meeting will be in room 4.30b (inside 4.30) starting at 1pm, anyone arriving early should come to Helen's office (4.57). Participants should make their own lunch arrangements - there are plenty of local sandwich shops and pubs with reasonably priced lunches.
