IPPP hires two lecturers

We are pleased to announce that Sebastian Franco and Michael Spannowsky accepted our offers of lecturer p[ositions and will be joining the Institute in September 2011.

9th YETI at IPPP, 10.1.-12.1.2011

This years YETI school, YETI ’11, is the ninth in this series and it is titled “The Standard Model at the Energy Frontier”.  Lectures on hot topics in LHC physics and practical hands-on sessions form the programme of this school.

Award of IPPP Associateships 2010/11

Since 2009 the Institute for Particle Physics Phenomenology (IPPP) is inviting applications from UK-based academic permanent staff to hold an IPPP Associateship for a year. Each Associateship has a value of £4000 per annum and is funded by Durham University, through the IPPP.
