The proceedings of the conference will be published in Proceedings of Science (http://pos.sissa.it), the open access online journal organized by SISSA, the International School for Advanced Studies based in Trieste.

The proceedings will be peer-reviewed. The Local Organizing Committee will oversee the refereeing process.

Each contribution should have a maximum length of eight pages.
The submission deadline is 22 November 2013
