The meeting will begin at 8:45 on Thursday, 8 April, and end at 16:30 on Friday, 9 April.  It will take place in the Tolansky building (no. 21), which is part of the Department of Physics (see Royal Holloway campus map below).  The sessions will take place in Tolansky T125, which is WLAN and videoconferencing enabled.  During coffee breaks, refreshments will be served in room T118.  For those who arrive on Wednesday, dinner will be available in T118.  On Thursday, lunch will be served in the Hub Dining Hall.  The Hub is building no. 41 on the campus map.  The workshop dinner on Thursday evening will be in the The Rose and Olive Branch, Virginia Water, from 19:30.  On Friday, we'll have lunch in T118.  Some participants are accommodated in Butler Hall (no. 3), which is just across the street from the Hub.

The workshop dates have been chosen so that participants can conveniently visit London during the following weekend. (Central London is only 30km from Royal Holloway.)
