Accommodation & meals: Participants will be accommodated in the nearby Collingwood College of the University. All rooms have en-suite facilities. Rooms will be available from 1pm on Sunday 21st September. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided in the College, starting with dinner on Sunday.
Departure will be after lunch on Friday 26th September.
The total cost of accomodation and meals will be under £300.

Meeting venue: The meeting will take place in the Ogden Centre for Fundamental Physics (number 12 on the map). This is 600m from Collingwood College (number 6 on the map).
All plenary sessions will be in the IPPP meeting room OC218.

Registration: Early registration is appreciated, particularly if you wish to be considered to give a talk. The registration deadline is Friday 12th September. The deadline for a reduced conference fee has now passed.

Talks: If you wish to give a talk, please complete the form as soon as possible.
Note that the absolute deadline for submitting an abstract is Friday 22nd August. Please indicate for which Working Group the topic of your talk is most relevant.

Annual Workshop: The Annual Workshop will run from Monday 22nd September at 9:00 until Friday 26th September at 13:00

Mid-term Review: The Mid-Term Review will take place on Thursday, 25th September.

Participation: All participants are urged to stay for the whole meeting. It is essential that all researchers funded by the network, all node coordinators and all working group leaders are present for the Mid-Term Review and available to meet the reviewer Renat Bilyakov during this period.

Schedule: Depending on the demand for talks, parallel sessions will be arranged for individual working groups for part of Tuesday, 23rd and the morning of Wednesday 24th. There will be a conference excursion on the afternoon of Wednesday 24th.
There will be a Mid-Term Review dinner on Thursday, 25th.
Departure will be after lunch on Friday 26th September.

IPPP
The Institute is located in the Ogden Centre for Fundamental Physics, adjacent to the main Physics Department building on the University Science Site (number 12 on the University map above).
If you are arriving by train it is a 20 minute walk from the railway station to the Department, or you can take a taxi.
Collingwood College is situated on South Road 8 minutes from the Physics Department (number 6 on the University map).
It is a 30 minute walk from the railway station.
Car parking space is available.
